Job Description
- Work within the IT and Operation team to assist in demand and release management planning and activities
- Assist in building process oriented and process improvement within the operation delivery according to project needs.
- Coordinate, analyst and provide solution on the optimal allocation of project resources.
- Works closely with different countries user to identify and investigate on their problem encounter during operation.
- Visiting OBOR countries operation site from time-to-time.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of experiences in project/system analyst.
- Strong numerical and process analysis skills.
- General industry engineering competency is an advantage.
- Experience in Business Process Outsourcing is an advantage.
- Strong communicator at cross departments.
- Good English and Mandarin both written and verbally.
- Knowledge in DevOps, Product and Development Lifecycle will be advantage.
- Understand IT Service Management Framework.
- Willing to work in China office – Meizhou, Guangdong for first year.
