Job Overview:
The Full Stack Developer is responsible for producing scalable software solutions. Be a part of our cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment with a focus on decentralized and distributed blockchain architecture.
As a full stack developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for understanding systems operations and learning and developing new technologies quickly.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The Full Stack Developer is responsible for producing scalable software solutions. Be a part of our cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment with a focus on decentralized and distributed blockchain architecture.
As a full stack developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for understanding systems operations and learning and developing new technologies quickly.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Development, updating, and maintaining of Life Line Lab products and company websites.
- Development, updating, and maintaining of mobile (or hybrid) offline first applications.
- Re-factoring, updating, and maintaining of Life Line Labs backend code and processes, including: web servers, API servers, databases, interfacing modules and blockchain nodes.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use with a focus on modularity and low technical debt.
- Ensure the stability and security of all front and back-end components.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability and robustness.
- Help develop ideas for new enhanced features or products, by monitoring industry developments and trends.
- Build business logic into deployable smart contracts on a blockchain network.
- Integrate and build distributed blockchain applications
Job Requirements
Skills:
- Education level - Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience - 2+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well.
- Front-end skills - Github, HTML5, CSS/SASS, Javascript, React.js, Node.js,
- React Native, Dapp development.
- Back-end skills - Linux, Node.js, Bash Scripting, API Development, noSQL Database Management, Docker, Web3, Truffle, Solidity, Ethereum
- Personal characteristics - good work ethic, team player, self-directed, passionate about technology, interested in Blockchain, AI/ML, Big Data and Dapp development.
Preferred candidates will have additional knowledge of:
- UI/UX tools/experience and wireframing, Adobe Photoshop Sketch or similar visual software, AB testing.
- Deep familiarity and experience with blockchain technology (specifically the Ethereum stack, IPFS), graph
database understanding, basic machine earning and AI, understanding of AWS and cloud deployment,
security best practices.
- Understanding of cryptographic primitives and asymmetric cryptography, Merkle and Patricia trees and
proofs, consensus mechanisms and distributed computing strategies.
- UI/UX tools/experience and wireframing, Adobe Photoshop Sketch or similar visual software, AB testing.
- Deep familiarity and experience with blockchain technology (specifically the Ethereum stack, IPFS), graph
