Job Description

• Assist the Finance Manager on daily operation of the Finance and Accounts department
• Ensure all GL schedules and bank reconciliations are timely prepared
• Assure accounting treatments are adhered to best practice and standardization across all companies
• Responsible for month end and year end closing submissions to Business partners office within stipulated timeline and reporting requirements.
• Responsible for financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, trend analysis and expenses analysis.
• To ensure all the fixed assets records are properly maintain and updated.
• Make recommendations to improve and/or enhance existing procedures and practices
• Responsible for accuracy of figures to ensure report quality

Job Requirements

• Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Finance/Accounting
• At least 3 – 5 years of working experience in related field is required. Experienced in Audit and tax firm is an added advantage
• Good interpersonal skill, highly passionate, proactive and good team player
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of Accounting software such as SQL will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Words, and Power Point
• Attention to details and good analytical skills and strong problem-solving skills
