Job Description

• Provide support mainly on endpoints for day to day operations, infrastructure setup and network (LAN & WAN).
• Managing IT Assets, basic level on managing SAP (BC).
• Support on Servers and VM environment at basic level.
• Support the security landscape for the business end users by providing on-going support and user provisioning: user maintenance, user profiles, roles and authorizations.
• Work in a global environment to maintain and support the infrastructure and operations by applying governance rules defined by the Global IT competence centre based in Europe (Belgium).
• Must be able to work with Business users and analysts and Technical teams to manage systems support issues as well as continuous improvement efforts.
• Respect the Project Management Office rules, embracing IT department’s governance.
• Successful experience delivering technical support related to IT Infrastructure & Operations.
• Experience in Microsoft environment is a must and Networking (WAN & LAN).
• Experience in managing endpoints (Desktop, Notebooks, Printers, etc).
• Experience related to the following SAP environments is an asset: user management, peripherals set up, job scheduling.
• Ability to work autonomously, collaborate effectively with colleagues and able to juggle multiple priorities within business support.
• Demonstrate competency in developing efficient and effective solutions.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with proven success working in IT Technical Infrastructure and Operations support: VM, Windows Server and Windows 10, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Office 365, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Sharebox, LAN & WAN. Collaboration (Jabber, IP Telephony), Palo Alto Firewall, HW support (PC’s, Notebooks, Printers, etc) and IOS (iPhone and Ipad).
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
• Experience in an MNC company.
