Job Description

  • Provides Helpdesk services for Logistics Applications: WMS, OTM (Oracle Transport Management), FFS(Freight Forwarding System), TPB (Third Party Billing) and other logistics applications.
  • Identifies, diagnoses and resolves application issue.
  • Coordinates with a group of programmers.

Job Requirements

Requirements
  1. Degree in IT, Computer Science or Business Computing.
  2. Good technical skills in Oracle database administration & PL/SQL programming.
  3. Knowledge in SQL or any RDBMS is essential
  4. Knowledge in any of the following is a definite plus: OTM, FFS, RPB (Red Prairie Billing), WMS (Warehouse Management System), and any other supply chain systems.
  5. Knowledge in Linux Shell Script is a plus.
  6. Willing to support on 24x7 basis (rotational basis).
  7. Able to work under pressure and deliver results within given timeframe.

Other Qualifications
  • Knowledge in International Supply Chain operations.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in supporting any of the following applications: WMS, OTM, FFS, RPB
  • Working experience in the logistics or transportation industry. 

Additional Duties
  1. Performs program modification.
  2. Performs program deployment to many countries.
  3. Provides reports, statistics and documentation.
  4. Provides feedback to superiors, peers and users.
  5. Other duties as requested by the superiors.
