About The Job


  • Develop and implement effective marketing initiatives to create customer loyalty and increase market share
  • Responsible for the day to day implementation and monitoring of marketing strategies
  • Analyze and research market trends to identify target markets by creating database to support sales with new leads
  • Conduct market research on packages offered by competitors and develop new packages for Sales & Marketing, in tandem with the Revenue Management team
  • Initiate co-branding opportunities with other industry partners
  • Initiate promotional packages and tactical programs to maximise revenue
  • Initiate program opportunities for customer relationship building and loyalty
  • Liaise with sales representatives to ensure all Sales & Marketing materials and dissemination are up to date
  • Ensure all ATL & BTL marketing communications are up to date and in line with brand standards

Job Requirements

  • Degree with an emphasis in marketing, advertising or related fields
  • Minimum of 2 years marketing experience (not limited to the travel / hospitality industry)
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • Good business sense and budgeting skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • A creative, out of the box approach
  • Excellent team-leadership skills
  • High confidence level
  • Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concept

Plus points:- 
  • Knowledge/ experience in the travel or hospitality sector                                  
  • Fluent in other languages – Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Cantonese, etc
