Job Description

 Responsibilities:

  • Handling full set of financial accounts.
  • Compilation and submission of quarterly GST returns.
  • Process monthly and year end process, accounts payable/receivables, cash receipts and credit card settlements, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, consolidating expenses and manage daily banking requirements.
  • Liaising with auditor and tax agent regards to audit and tax matters.
  • Assist the Company in meeting the budgeted financial and profit objectives.
  • Develop reports for forecasting, trending and what-if analysis.
  • Responsible for development of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the company.
  • Handle HR issues relating to payroll and employment contracts.
  • Assisting in inventory data management.
  • Any other adhoc duties. 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent.

  • Required skill(s):
  1. Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  2. Proven track records/knowledge of accounting principles, practices and regulations.
  3. Must have strong and advance knowledge with accounting system and Microsoft Excel/Words.
  4. Able to handle multiple tasks and stay organised.
  5. Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in fast-pace setting.
  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Required language(s): English & Chinese.
