Job Description
Planning, coordination, control, monitor, verify and validate manufacturing and finishing processes in compliance with company QMS and company goals. To ensure products are manufactured conforming to regulatory requirements.
- Maintains product consistency throughout product realization cycle, define and build phases through quality checkpoints and testing.
- Periodic check for updates of regulatory requirements.
- Prepares all protocols and reports for validation work.
- Evaluate and calibrate all equipment and procedures used in manufacturing, finishing, cleaning and packing of products.
- Establish validation standards, develop testing protocols, prepare measuring equipment and methods, document results and maintain records
- Upkeep, maintenance and repair of all testing and measuring equipment.
- Carry out inspection and testing to evaluate the precision and accuracy of products.
- Prepare and maintain all inspections, testing results and maintain documentations records.
- Maintain and update regulatory documents.
