Job Description

• Processes payments to vendors by verifying transaction information and documentation; scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization of payment. 
• Maintains accounting ledgers and verifies accounts by reconciling account transactions including filing of documents. 
• Manage claim disbursement to ensure prompt claims submission, disbursement and tracking. 
• Ensure timely month-end closing activities and submission of financial, management and statutory reports. 
• ​Assists in ​cash management and banking matters. 
• Liaises​ with auditor on audit matters, including preparation of audit schedules. 
• Ensure timely submission of SST every 2 months and liaises with custom officers when needed. 
• Liaises with company secretary and tax agent on secretarial and tax filing matters, including preparation of documents. 
• Undertakes​ ad-hoc projects supporting the team with projects and tasks when required. 

Job Requirements

1. URGENTLY HIRING! (We need mandarin speakers to liaise with our clients from overseas like China, Taiwan)
2. Excellent analytical and numerical skills. 
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly in excel. 
4. Good command of spoken and written English. 
5. Knowledgeable in SST and accounting standards. 
6. Knowledge in SQL will be an advantage.
7. Candidate must posses at least Diploma/Degree in Accounting. 
8. Familiar with Microsoft words/excel would be advantage. 
9. Willing to learn and work independently with minimum supervision. 
10. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
