Job Description

1. To attend walk-in customers and provide professional advice to meet every unique need. 
2. Resolve customer complaints and ensure client satisfaction 
3. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options to increase sales 
4. Prepare sales quotations, follow up and close sale. 
5. Prepared Invoice and Delivery order, follow up with customer to schedule delivery, might need to travel if needed (within Klang Valley) 
6. In charge of showroom display and simple stock count 

Job Requirements

1. Preferably 20 years old and above 
2. Able to work in a team, high teamwork tolerance  
3. Able to work on Saturday and selected public holidays 
4. Able to speak English and Malay as well as Mandarin. 
5. Presentable, hardworking and positive interpersonal 
6.  Reliable, consistent Attendance is a requirement and essential function for this position.
