Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle sales administrative works such as attend enquiries, quotation, invoicing, delivery order and update customer and inventory database.
- Handle general office administrative works
- Handle basic accounting works
- Assist in shipment arrangement works
- Able to manage multitasking job at basic level in efficient way
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Possess at least a qualification in Diploma in relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good communication skills and team player.
- Able to work independently
- Possess own transport.
