Job Description

•  Participate in key project meetings/calls and provide regular internal and partner project updates.
• To work with project managers and colleagues to ensure projects are successfully integrated and delivered with other - application taking place across the company/client
•  Perform various IT activities like daily backup, data restoration, managing access, software installation & licensing, audit and troubleshooting for the company
•   Coordinate with finance department and maintain and updated inventory list for both IT hardware and software in order to tally with the computer hardware listing
• Involve in software development in the future
• To perform any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time and;
• Other ad hoc duties as and when is required.

Job Requirements

•  Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

• Good knowledge in Microsoft 365 

•  Possess good technical skill in hardware/software/network/server

•  Experience in Microsoft SQL Server, ERP Solution, WordPress, web programming and e-commerce implementation will be an added advantage

•   Self-motivated, proactive, innovative, willing to learn, ability to work independently as well as being a good team player

•  At least 2 years of working experience in the related field

•  Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Good attitude and willing to travel.

• Well-spoken in English and Mandarin would be a plus.
