Job Description

• Follow up the building warranty work, follow up, record and take pictures of daily work, and feedback to relevant departments and owners.
•  Assist in completing other daily affairs tasks assigned by superiors.
•  Know basic maintenance
• Understand the equipment function

• 跟进大楼保修工作，对每日工作进行跟进、记录、拍照，并反馈相关部门及业主。
• 协助完成上级交办的其他日常事务性工作。
• 懂得维修基本作业
• 懂的设备工能

Job Requirements

• Chinese language proficiency

• Related job experience for more than 2 years
• Have the relevant knowledge and experience of plumber and woodworking
• Familiar with operating MS WORD, EXCEL system

• Good professional ethics, integrity
• Good communication and coordination skills and team collaboration experience

• 中文语言能力中上程度

• 相关职务经验2年以上
• 具有水电工，木工相关知识与经验
• 熟悉操作 MS WORD, EXCEL 系统

• 良好的职业道德，诚信正直
• 良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作经验
