• Responsible for timely distribution of various notices / links;
• Responsible for following up and handling emergencies and household complaints in a timely manner, statistics and analysis of service quality, and propose rectification plans;
• Responsible for application, decoration inspection and opening procedures;
• Manage company cleaning, greening, public security and maintenance services
• Assist in completing other routine affairs assigned by superiors
• Have property management experience
• Have experience in managing employees
• Ability to plan

• 负责及时派发各种通知/通启；
• 负责及时跟进处理突发事件及住户投诉，并对服务质量进行统计、分析，提出整改方案；
• 负责办理申请、装修验收及开业手续；
• 管理公司清洁、绿化、治安、维修的服务工作
• 协助完成上级交办的其他日常事务性工作
• 有物业管理经验
• 有管理员工的经验
• 有规划的能力

Job Requirements

• Relevant job experience for more than 2 years
• College degree or above (Property)
• Familiar with operating Microsoft office system

• Good communication skills
• Good Chinese literacy
•  Priority as a property management company

• 相关职务经验2年以上
• 大专或以上学历(Property)
• 熟悉操作 Microsoft office 系统

• 良好的沟通能力
• 中文读写能力佳
• 曾经当过物业管理公司为优先
