About The Job

  1. Responsible for daily accounting processing, financial accounting and cash receipts and payments, strictly in accordance with regulations.
  2. Register and keep various detailed accounts and general ledger
  3. Handle bank settlements, standardize the use of checks, and strictly control the issuance of blank checks.
  4. .Regular reconciliation, if any discrepancies are found, the reasons for the discrepancies are identified, and related accounting adjustments are handled
  5. Assist in completing other daily affairs tasks assigned by superiors.

  • Working hours: 9 hours (1 hour off), 4 days a month

  1. 负责日常会计处理,财务核算和办理现金收付,严格按规定收付款项。
  2. 登记保管各种明细账,总分类账
  3. 办理银行结算,规范使用支票,严格控制签发空白支票。
  4. .定期对账,如发现差异,查明差异原因,处理有关账务调整事宜
  5. 协助完成上级交办的其他日常事务性工作。

  • 依据面试以及学经验与工作能力优渥给薪
  • 福利:提供公积金EPF、 社保SOCSO、年假
  • 工作时间:9小时(1小时休),月休4日

Job Requirements

  • Chinese Language Proficiency
  • College degree or above
  •  Have a college diploma, ACCA or LCCI diploma
  • Relevant job experience for more than 5 years
  •  Familiar with operating MS WORD, EXCEL system
  •  Familiar with Malaysian accounting, tax code standards and filling procedures
  •  Familiar with finance, accounting regulations, policies and standards
  • Good work ethics, integrity
  •  Flexible minded, analytical, responsible and efficient

  • 中文语言能力中上程度
  • 大专以上学历
  •  拥有大专文凭,ACCA 或 LCCI文凭
  • 相关职务经验5年以上
  •  熟悉操作 MS WORD, EXCEL 系统
  •  通晓马来西亚会计,税法准则和填表程序
  •  熟悉财务,会计法规,政策和标准
  • 良好的职业道德,诚信正直
  •  头脑灵活,善于分析,责任心强,有效率
