About The Job

  1. Handle the review of the promotion APP (Chinese APP software) on the mobile phone
  2. Detailed procedures and general questions will be explained in detail
  3. Patience for online consultation and timely feedback from users
  4. Assist in completing other routine affairs assigned by superiors

* Some qualified candidates are welcome to apply for interviews
  • Excellent salary based on interview, learning experience and working ability
  • Welfare: Provide provident fund EPF, social security SOCSO, annual leave, meal supplement and dormitory; pay semi-annually
  • Working hours: 9 hours (1 hour off), 4 days a month

  3. 针对用户线上咨询耐心解答,及时处理用户反馈
  4. 协助完成上级交办的其他日常事务性工作

  • 依据面试以及学经验与工作能力优渥给薪
  • 福利:提供公积金EPF、 社保SOCSO、年假、餐补和宿舍;每半年调薪一次
  • 工作时间:9小时(1小时休),月休4日

Job Requirements

  • 18-30 years old
  • Middle-to-high level of Chinese dictation
  • Chinese typing over 35 words per minute
  • High school education or above
  • Relevant job experience for more than 1 year, preferably with customer service experience
  • Good work ethics, integrity
  • Good communication and coordination skills and team collaboration experience
  • Attentive and number sensitive

  • 高中以上学历
  • 相关职务经验1年以上,拥有客服经验者优先
  • 良好的职业道德,诚信正直
