Job Description

1. Handle the review of the promotion APP (Chinese APP software) on the mobile phone
2. Patience for online consultation and timely processing of user feedback
3. Explained in detail the procedures and general questions
4. Assist in completing other daily affairs assigned by superiors.

*Candidates who partially fulfilled the job requirements are welcomed to apply 
Salary will be discussed during interview and are given based on working experience and ability 
Benefit: EPF, SOCSO, annual leave, staff meal and hostel; increment every half year.
Working hour: 9 hours including lunch time, 4 off days per month

Job Requirements

1. Preferred 18 years old to 30 years old
2. Can speak, read and write well in Chinese
3. Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with 1 year and above relevant working experience ( with customer service experience will add as advantage )
4. Good professional ethics and integrity
5. Good communication and coordination skills and team-oriented
6. Careful and sensitive with numbers
