Job Description

  1. Responsible to purchase, collect and evaluate supplier information, manage purchase order
  2. Responsible to pick up the leader and arrive at the designated pick up point safely and on time
  3. Responsible in house rental procedure, hostel check-in/check-out procedure, purchasing necessary dormitories
  4. Responsible for the work visa of foreign staff
  5. Responsible for handling documents 
  6. Assist in completing other daily tasks assigned by supervisor.
*All work tasks are reasonably allocated according to the actual situation*

*Candidates who partially fulfilled the job requirements are welcomed to apply 
  • Salary will be discussed during interview and are given based on working experience and ability 
  • Benefit: EPF, SOCSO, annual leave
  • Working hour: 9 hours including lunch time, 4 off days per month

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Chinese reading and writing
  • Strong Microsoft Excel & Word clerical ability
  • Must drive safely and be punctual
  • Familiar with supplier network will be an advantage
  • Good work attitude, communication and coordination skills
  • Good work ethics and integrity
  • Relevant job experience more than 1 year
