Job Description
• Assist in drafting PR materials, including press release, speech pointers, fact sheet, media pitches, editorial stories and others
• Assist in media and stakeholders relationship management through media visits, media interviews, events, media calls and others
• Prepare internal reporting materials such as media coverage reports, meeting minutes, intern task update reports, sponsorship request updates and others
• Assist in issue management by drafting media responses, media holding statements, social media responses, and others
• Assist in administrative duties including research, store room upkeep, merchandise management, meeting scheduling and others
• Bring about a creative and fresh perspective to the team in PR approaches Job Requirements
Job Requirements
• A student completing an undergraduate degree in Communications /Public Relations /Mass Communications or similar; should be enrolled in an accredited university/college program to receive credit
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Decent computer and social media skills
• Proficiency in Google suite including Google Spreadsheet and Google Slides
• Proficiency in Mandarin or any foreign language is an added advantage
• Knowledge in designing or video editing software is an added advantage.
