About The Job

  • Work with Lazada’s outbound sales team to develop interested vendors to sell on Lazada
  • Pitch Lazada as a strong selling platform to vendors and increase awareness and interest to use
  • Work closely with local category managers (LCMs) and the lead generation team to identify assortment gaps and identify vendors to fill these gaps
  • Work closely with internal Lazada teams (Operations, marketing, legal etc) to set up accounts, logistics partners, arrange training sessions for seamless onboarding experience for vendors
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets set

Job Requirements

  • A track record of proven success in past sales positions
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Familiarity with MS Office – Excel and PowerPoint, Salesforce (an added advantage to have)
  • Fluent in English – Mandarin & Bahasa Melayu (an added advantage to have)
  • Proven ability to work as a team and independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to connect with all levels of individuals
  • Results driven and thrive on sales targets set
