Job Description

Work with Lazada’s outbound sales team to develop interested vendors to sell on Lazada
Pitch Lazada as a strong selling platform to vendors and increase awareness and interest to use
Work closely with Local Category Managers (LCM's) and the lead generation team to identify assortment gaps and identify vendors to fill these gaps
Work closely with internal Lazada teams (Operations, marketing, legal etc) to set up accounts, logistics partners, arrange training sessions for seamless on boarding experience for vendors
Meet or exceed monthly targets set

Job Requirements

A track record of proven success in past sales positions
Bachelor’s Degree
Familiarity with MS Office – Excel and PowerPoint, Salesforce (an added advantage to have)
Fluent in English – Mandarin & Bahasa Melayu (an added advantage to have)
Proven ability to work as a team and independently
Strong interpersonal skills and able to connect with all levels of individuals
Results driven and thrive on sales targets set
