Job Description

• Develop analysis models and methods to make key business divisions. Collaborate with senior stakeholders & other cross functional HODs to develop business cases and Go-to-Market strategies with clear targets and action plans.
• Lead the co-ordination of the annual strategic planning and operational planning processes. Support the development and co-ordination of Commercial strategy. Work with senior stakeholders & other cross functional HODs to establish strategic framework that enables short and long-term business goals and objectives.
• Assist the Head of Commercial Planning & PMO in planning the department’s strategic roadmap and translate strategy into actionable targets that are linked to annual budgets/targets.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on key Commercial initiatives with Finance, Operations, Marketing and other relevant departments.
• Conduct reviews to assess progress of key initiatives achievement. Develop tracking mechanisms to measure key initiatives. Monitor and evaluate a variety of division initiatives including performance vs plan and scenario planning with the aim to grow business performance.
• Understand business direction and identify business problems; carry out assessment of potential business impacts and provide recommendations. Communicate findings to senior management and drive recommendations through to implementation and results.
• Support the Head of Commercial Planning & PMO and/or CCO on any operational reviews and adhoc projects, or presentation development.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree holder in business, economics, engineering, mathematics or finance with at least 5-7 years experience. Strategic planning experience is a must. Experience in a consulting environment will be advantageous.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, writing and editing skills with comfort in developing deliverables for C-level audiences.
• Ability to take ownership of a project, prioritize effectively and lead execution with a sense of urgency.
• Able to work effectively across multiple business functions, partnering with senior management team.
• Dynamic personality who can react quickly to a changing environment with the ability to work under pressure.
• Possess maturity, high integrity, energy and team spirit. Candidate must possess a “can do” attitude; ability to interact with a wide range of people and cultures; strong influencing skills.
• Advanced level skills of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Good command of data analytics software tools (i.e. SQL, SAS, R, Python, Alteryx, QlikSense, Qlikview).
