Job Description

• Daily planning and creation of content calendar for various social media channels for different brands and products.
• Ideating frequently to ensure content on the channels is engaging, trending and in line with Lazada’s expectations from Social.
• Coordinating with design team for visual elements of content planning.
• Keeping the channels active, engaging, performance driven and in line with offline and other digital initiatives.
• Keep up to date with new trends, quality content from around the world and latest updates on all social channels and brands.
• Ensure constant growth on the community size of each channel.
• Analyze the performance of engagement and growth constantly to keep the social platforms healthy.

Job Requirements

• Hands on experience with designing software
•  Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Communication, English or allied fields
•  Proficiency in English and Malay.
• Should be able to manage multiple brands across various verticals simultaneously.
• Adaptability, flexibility and thinking on the feet when managing Social.
• Self-driven, creative, team player and goal driven.
• 1 year experience in the social media field.
• Experience handling Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LINE and any other social platform.
