Job Description
Objective: As Senior Associate, Fleet Portfolio, you’ll be working on high-impact, transformational projects to optimize cost, efficiency and unlock growth for LeL Express’ fleet across the SE Asian region.
Proactive planning of future capacity requirements must be top of mind given the high growth of Lazada. You’ll be part of teams that work on strategic planning and implementation, while developing reports that track key initiatives and metrics.
A highly structured approach and familiarity with representation and visualization of data will be key to success in this role. Ability to work with, and experience working with large datasets is key.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for working with local teams and regional teammates on weekly & monthly reports, tracking metrics and short-term / long-term KPIs.
- Visualization of trends and metric progression in easily-understood, visual forms – graphs, charts, etc.
- Identification and highlighting various trends as well as issues to improve based on data
- Project / initiative progress tracking as well as highlighting where initiatives delayed / off schedule.
- Working with product and technical team to identify additional data points / info where necessary
Job Requirements
- Strong analytics and data visualization background
- Familiarity with regular reporting cadence, weekly / monthly report generation
- Experience in project management tracking of initiatives (basic)
- Able to travel preferred but not strictly necessary
