Job Description

Reporting to Head of Pricing, you will be responsible for:

Mapping Lazada SKUs with similar products sold by competitors for price benchmarking
Analyze and compare product specifications and inclusions/bundles to ensure product matching is accurate
Review and follow competitor mapping guidelines per product category to ensure accuracy
Audit/QC other competitor product mappings found by both internal/external sources, and ensure products mapped are exactly matched before being uploaded into the system
Review existing competitors, including their relevant terms and conditions to be considered when benchmarking
Recommend other potential relevant competitors for benchmarking

Job Requirements

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

Preferably College/University level; however, bachelor’s degree holders would be prioritized
Average to intermediate MS Excel skills (typing, data entry, data consolidation, formula and etc.)
Receptive to learn new skills and competitive mind on getting things done
Knowledge on SQL will be prioritized
Must have excellent attention to details
Familiarity with Lazada’s current product categories and assortment would be a plus
Must have great interest in e-commerce, internet browsing, and research
Must know other online shopping sites in Malaysia and have basic knowledge with the e-commerce industry
