Job Description

• Coordinate with the Marketing graphic, campaign teams, Admin teams for creating marketing material for partners for Lazada Channels, including using in house systems to update the requests 
• Coordinate with Admin to create tracking links and vouchers for partners and to check the same before partner rollout 
• Send and Monitor requests send for partner exposure on Lazada and ensure timely implementation 
• Audit Partners assets for Lazada exposure
• Manage partnership requests from Tier 2 partners e.g. bartering of assets – finalizing the deal 
• Monitor competitors’ marketing activities 
• Gather and analyse competitors’ data 
• Create reports on marketing and sales metrics 
• Assist with campaigns execution and input marketing trackers
• Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
• Prepare regular campaigns and partnerships sales forecasting reports
• Manage marketing administrative tasks to ensure the Partnership department runs smoothly 

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in Marketing Campaign execution 
• Possesses extensive Project Management skills
• Attention to detail
