Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Techmall, you will be responsible for:

Daily management of Techmall Shop-in-Shop look and feel by ensuring tip-top customer journey and experience.
Monitoring daily overall Techmall Po5 adoption rate (Chat, PDP decoration, Store Builder, Lorikeet, Seller Picks).
Ensures page decorations and banner production aligned with all categories within Techmall, each category given exposure to all online marketing channels.
Work closely with Campaign Specialist on campaign planning and execution for Techmall and managing all onsite assets for Techmall.
Work with category Guided Sales PIC on Search Results Cards (SRC) & Search Trends in conjunction with specific Techmall campaigns and Mega/A/B campaigns.
Analyze weekly reports on search to assess performance of search keywords relating to the cluster so tools such as Search Hint, Search Banner & Search Trends can be utilized to boost revenue.
Assist in the MY Search Relevance project for the cluster to improve the customers search experience on Lazada and reduce our platform's PI (product irrelevancy) score.

Job Requirements

3-4 years relevant industry experience (media agency experience will be advantage).
Ability to deliver and insight and recommendation based on data.
Keen on eyes for details and creative designs.
Very good communicator.
Strong project management skills.
Industry knowledge is strong plus.
Willing to learn in a fast-moving environment.
