About The Job

  • Directly interact with sellers to pitch the FBL value proposition, build relationship and onboard sellers on to FBL
  • Monitor both business and operational performance of FBLsellers, and to execute plans to maintain and grow existing FBL seller base
  • Work efficiently with diverse business functions to meet growth plans:
  • With commercial teams to understand Lazada’s overall business plans, key campaigns, new product developments that will affect the FBL business
  • With operations and logistics colleagues to resolve any fulfillment issues that sellers might face
  •  Identify FBL sellers’ pain points and/or needs, and propose potential solutions to address them
  • Have a strong understanding of the FBL fulfillment process, the technologies supporting it and entire process of on-boarding sellers to FBL

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably majoring in Economics, Business
  • Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
  • Strong interest in driving business decisions through data-driven analysis
  • At least 3-4 years of work experience in business development (ideally B2B)
  • Experience in e-Commerce industry a plus
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
