Job Description
- To lead and manage a team of 15 associates per shift ensuring daily operations KPI is briefed and met
- Monitoring space and tracking stock levels to ensure maximum storage utilization
- Maintaining automated storage and retrieval systems according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Keeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring 98% inventory accuracy
- Meeting team productivity targets
- Provide support, motivation to team members to perform excellence
- Scheduling equipment maintenance and replacing as and when required
- Planning and execution of period cycle counts
- Processing orders and planning the dispatching of products
Job Requirements
- Min SPM with 2-3 years’ relevant experience in Warehousing, e-commerce logistics
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Has experience using Warehouse Management Systems and / or Order Management System
- Performance and KPI driven
- Must be a team player and demonstrate leadership capabilities
- Able to work long hours during peak cycle
