Job Description
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
- SYSTEM AUDIT – Generate LEAST User compliance report and follow up on compliance
- MAIN SUPPORT – Second level of troubleshooting & data fix after Operation (1st level) that is related to system (Web and Application). Serve as a point of contact for operation and technical support team should issue is pertaining
- SYSTEM UPDATES – LMS and LEAST Data cleanup monitoring
- DOCUMENTATION & REPORTS - Convert Training documents including assessment questions into local languages. Updating Training portal with new Replatforming and LEAST Material
Secondary Roles and Responsibilities
- SITE VISIT – On site with operation team when conducting training according to operation hours(when necessary)
- SUPPORT – Support Operation System Manager in executing projects and company initiatives
Job Requirements
- Able to use relevant software/ applications for the purpose of designing and developing training materials.
- Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word.
- Working with tight datelines from ad-hoc requests
- Working extended hours during off days to fulfil urgent requirements.
- Work in a matrix organization between local venture and regional management
- Effectively bilingual in both English and local language a must
- Knowledge in MY SQL & Visio will be an advantage
