Job Description

• Create collections for the cluster focusing on a single sub-category, item types or focus sellers.
• Book Search Results Cards (SRC) & Search Trends in conjunction with specific cluster campaigns and Mega/A/B campaigns. 
• Analyze weekly reports on search to assess performance of search keywords relating to the cluster so tools such as Search Hint, Search Banner & Search Trends can be utilized to boost revenue. 
• Assist the category team to QC their category pages and search result pages to ensure better customer experience.
• Work alongside the cluster's campaign specialists on the planning & execution of the weekly campaigns. 
• Feed planning with A&B sellers and category managers.
• Assist in the MY Search Relevance project for the cluster to improve the customers search experience on Lazada and reduce our platform's PI (product irrelevancy) score.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field of study.
• At least 6 years of work experience, ideally in eCommerce or high-growth industries.
• Hands-on experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Detailed-oriented and good communication skills with willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-making.
• Analytical mind & strong attention to detail. 
• Experience in on-site merchandising and traffic management a definite plus.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team. 
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
• Experience in e-commerce preferred.
