Job Description

• Coordinate campaigns/events to build consumer engagement tools branding/campaign.
• Implement consumer engagement programs and initiatives on Lazada e-commerce platform. 
• Coordinate and work with Hiring Manager to facilitate and organize trial launch, internal user training, launch and bug fixing of any new products run. 
• Localize guidelines of placement allocation.
• Implement with the inputs of business performance to consumer engagement initiatives.
• Localize and coordinate the execution of guidelines, templates, and process of sellers/ assortment selection and merchandising.
• Maintain pages and widgets, approve, schedule, upload and update contents throughout programs.
• Coordinate with data analysis to deliver data report and analysis with business insights. 
• Work with Marketing & CRM team to conduct product or machinic push
• Localize the rules and template of performance management and coordinate among commercial teams for execution.
• Work with Category Teams to coordinate campaigns.

Job Requirements

• Qualifications in Marketing/Branding, Campaign or Data Analytic. 
• 3 year of experience in e-commerce business, media or digital marketing experience. 
• Good in excel/analytical/data interpretation into strategies and capabilities
• Ability to create compelling sales stories and ideas to enhance online business traffic.
• Strong market orientation – an outward focus toward the customer/consumers and sellers to maximize business results, commercial background for a deep understanding of seller, assortments and customer.
• Desire to work in a team environment and foster cross-functional support and learning.
• Strong execution for an end-to-end result delivery.
• Excellent communication and coordination skill to align across category and function teams.Fluency in English.
• Demonstrated track record of creative problem solving.
