Job Description

• Prepare collaborative strategic business plan and drive weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews of performance against targets.
• Consulting brands to increase sales by marketing new product ranges.
• Planning promotional campaigns and coordinating implementation.
• Strategizing brand marketing engagement which includes onsite brand. visibility, online marketing and co-marketing efforts both offline and online.
• Managing the competitiveness with pricing, assortments and stock availability.
• Liaising with cross-functional teams to resolve issues pertaining to brand performance.
• Regularly analyzing sales, traffic, conversion and customer funnel to guide promotional campaigns.
• Establish strong relationships and drive negotiations with leading brands.
• Continue to increase yearly growth for all category brands.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce, retail or brand management, ideally in relationship management/category management/key account management or related fields.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with proven ability to represent your organization in external meetings with senior stakeholders.
3. Negotiation track-record and demonstrated ability to influence others.
4. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them and meet deadlines.
5. Strong analytical skills backed by intermediate knowledge of Excel, ability to use data to understand root causes of performance and make decisions.
6. Action and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable in fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
7. Strong ownership and attention to details.
8. Passion about improving both customer and seller experience.
9. Team spirit and enthusiasm about learning.
