Job Requirements

Qualities needed to succeed in this role

Go-getter, with strong ambitions
Excellent communicator, able to build and grow trust at all levels
Analytical, with a keen eye for details
Experience in a top tier Recuitment Agency is an added advantage. Experience in doing strategic talent acquisition is preferred as well.
Experience developing and executing projects in short time horizons
Contacts with Banks, Telcos, Consumer Brands, Marketing Firms in Malaysia is a plus.
