Job Description

We want a self-starter who is highly passionate in building the best HR services and competitive C&B for our employees. A strong sense of urgency and appreciation of providing excellent internal customer experience is a must. The ability to be agile and thrive in a work environment which is constantly evolving is also essential.

  • Support the business in designing, building, implementing and communicating policies, programs and initiatives aligned to the HR strategy and business goals. 
  • Develop and apply guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies for the C&B function and ensures they are relevant, competitive and affordable.
  • Deliver and maintain the local policy and operational guidelines on compensation programs and ensures Lazada's compensation programs are competitive and linked to Lazada's Total C&B strategy.
  • Ensure Malaysia’s compensation spend is optimized to high performers and business critical skills and that our compensation programs and recommended spend across those programs are market relevant and affordable.
  • Act as a day-to-day compensation interface for the assigned business including C-level, people team members, Head of Divisions, Line Managers in assigned areas.
  • Responsible for effective delivery of end-to-end Compensation activities in Malaysia.
  • Implement Total C&B processes, policies, programs in alignment with Business and HR strategy.
  • Help develop and apply regional guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies (contributing requirements, ideas and resources).
  • Ensure market data analysis and recommendations are aligned with compensation strategy and direction for Malaysia. 

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum 5 years in Comm & Benefits.
  2. Relevant experience would be an added advantage. 
  3. Attention to detailed and able to work independently when required.
  4. Have good communication skills and able to work as a team. 
  5. Good sense of tracking and managing your own datas.
