Job Description

• You will lead the biggest category at Lazada in terms of revenues.
• You are fully responsible for the category strategic choices and vision, and you drive the implementation of your strategy across the region.
• You own your category P&L and manage sales and profit performance across the region.
• You attend key meeting with electronics brands both locally and regionally.
• You also collaborate with the sourcing team in China to select the products we want to source in China and import in our operating countries.

Job Requirements

• 2-5 years of e-commerce, retail merchandising or management consulting experience.
• Demonstrated senior presence; experience managing others preferred.
• Experience in business and data analytics such as Excel.
• Possess strong analytical acumen and be comfortable generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics, and analyses.
• Innovative problem-solving skills; dissect and determine root causes of problems and implement solutions.
• Possess superb business judgment with a desire to manage your own business.
• The individual should have a proven track record of successful negotiations and relationship management (both internal and external). 
• Excellent written and oral skills, strong organizational communication skills.
