Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Campaigns, you will be responsible for :
- Build, plan and schedule campaign in conjunction with category business plan.
- Manage activities related to campaign execution, coordinating and getting things done from different functions with least management intervention and direct reporting in these functions.
- Optimizing channel performance through best selections ideal for push in particular channel.
- Liaise between internal and external stakeholders as well as campaign execution team to create attractive and effective sales campaigns.
- Conduct analysis and analytics to understand customer journey through the site, find pain points and improvement areas (i.e.: search, navigation, filters, sorting, UI/UX and payment gateways).
- Continue to innovate and find new marketing & campaign mechanics, optimize processes and automate tools/trackers with the cooperation of Business Intelligence and Marketing counterparts.
- Ensure balance between consistency and appropriate differentiation between Lazada platforms (desktop, mobile site, tablets Android App, IOS App) by understanding user habits/needs.
Job Requirements
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft suites e.g. excel, PowerPoint.
- Good team working skills, experienced in working multiple competing priorities, cross function for co-ordination and execution of the projects.
- Prior experience with media planning, consulting or project management.
