Job Description

Work with Lazada’s award winning Commercial team to acquire and develop new brands onto Lazmall platform
Pitch Lazada as a strong and unique selling platform to brands and increase awareness and interest to use
Partner with closely with local brand managers and head of Lazmall categories to identify assortment gaps and identify brands to fill these gaps
Engage closely with internal Lazada teams (Operations, marketing, legal etc) to set up accounts, logistics partners, arrange training sessions for seamless onboarding experience for brands
Meet or exceed monthly targets set (number of brands acquired per month, onboarding progress, assortment target & health, seller tool adoption rate)

Job Requirements

A track record of proven success in past sales position
Fluent in English – Mandarin & Bahasa Melayu (an added advantage to have)
Proven ability to work as a team, independent and initiative
Strong interpersonal skills and able to connect with all levels of individuals
Familiarity with MS Office – Excel and Powerpoint, Salesforce (an added advantage to have)
