Job Description

As a Brand Key Account Associate in LazMall you will be responsible for:
- Assist in preparing collaborative strategic business plans and drive weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews of performance against targets
- Consulting brands to increase sales by marketing new product ranges
- Assist in planning promotional campaigns and coordinating implementation
- Collaborating in strategizing brand marketing engagement which includes onsite brand visibility, online marketing and co-marketing efforts both offline and online.
- Managing the competitiveness with pricing, assortments and stock availability
- Liaising with cross-functional teams to resolve issues pertaining to brand performance
- Regularly analyzing sales, traffic, conversion and customer funnel to guide promotional campaigns.
- Establish strong relationships and drive negotiations with leading brands
- Continue to increase yearly growth for all category brands
Job Requirements
To succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, retail or brand management, ideally in relationship management/category management/key account management or related fields
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with proven ability to represent your organization in external meetings with senior stakeholders
- Negotiation track-record and demonstrated ability to influence others
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills backed by intermediate knowledge of Excel, ability to use data to understand root causes of performance and make decisions
- Action and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable in fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
- Strong ownership and attention to details
- Passion about improving both customer and seller experience
- Team spirit and enthusiasm about learning
