Job Description

• To provide analyze key customer and quality metrics framework and perform the measurement of relevant performance indicators and trend analysis, and highlight burning issues and/ or improvement opportunities  
• Defines performance monitoring and tracking approach and methodology
• Analysis of utilization, efficiency and available data for the process
• Understate detailed process improvement studies and up skill ops associates
• Liaise with internal or external stakeholder on a weekly/monthly basis
• Set up cadence calls for strong Ops governance
• Accurately capture SLA metrics, the reporting needs of each of the client and set up/customize processes to seamlessly meet client's expectation
• Get out of the box ideas and process improvement initiatives in the process
• Conducts internal quality audits to quantify and prioritize responsiveness and re-work opportunities

Job Requirements

• Possess at least Diploma, Degree or an equivalent professional qualification
• At high degree of integrity and professionalism with leadership traits
• Excellent disciplinary and performance track record
• Excellent knowledge of strong operational and leadership skill
• Excellent command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia. 
• Dynamic, highly motivated and a result oriented, team player with good interpersonal skills
• Business writing skill is mandatory.
• Posses initiatives and be able to work independently and with a team
• Ability to work in a challenging and fast pace environment
