About The Job

Reporting to the Head Voice of Customer, you will be responsible for :

  • Applying data analysis techniques to analyze logs and user feedback to improve the coverage, resolution rate and customer satisfaction of AI products.
  • Analyzing and updating the knowledge base which align to local market needs/ customization.
  • Proposing and tracking key indicators and evaluation metrics of AI products to improve overall Chatbot performance.
  • Collaborating closely with the R&D team, particularly algorithms engineers and product managers, to improve user interaction of AI products.
  • Connecting technology, products, operations and other teams to drive for business changes.
  • Artificial Intelligence trainer leaders may have additional responsibilities of managing, training and mentoring AI trainers.
  • Plan and execute improvement project to enhance AI products with collective analyze result.

Job Requirements

• Adaptive to changing scope and evolving business environments.
• Strong analytical skills with written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
• Independent, mature and able to handle stress professionally.
