Job Description

• Liaising and active interaction with marketing team on marketing revenue billings 
• Invoicing for marketing revenue to partners based on utilization 
• Monitoring, follow up and chasing of payment from partners based on the marketing cost worksheet 
• Analysis of non-trade ageing report 
• Participate in internal auditing, improvement initiatives, standardization process and new system implementations. 
• Maintaining and ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to company guidelines 
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned 

Job Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualifications Degree in Accounting, ACCA or CPA Australia
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Able to work in fast-paced and high transactions volume environment
• Mature, meticulous and team player with good written and verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving skills, with proven ability to apply finance knowledge and experience to a diverse range of financial issues specifically in accounts receivable area
• Proficient Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge and experience in SAP Financial is preferred
