Job Description

• Understand the operational systems, processes, policies, procedures, technical and challenges of the brokerage business
• Assist key sales managers’ needs, managing their queries, and solve urgent matters that requires special approvals
• Working closely with key sales managers from China and South East Asia to deliver high standard of client experience
• Monitors and analyses competitor activities to assess threats to important clients
• Helping key sales managers use the trading platform and brokerage services more productively
• Providing daily reports

Job Requirements

• Good people management skills
• Good written and spoken skills in Mandarin
• Strong credit analysis, documentation and relationship management skills
• Ability to assess customer needs and develop products that suits their needs
• Experience in structured trade finance, syndication and project financing will be an added advantage
• Possess in-depth understanding and knowledge of Corporate Banking Products
• Ability to work to deadlines with proven time management skills
• Willingness to travel 
• University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
