Job Description

• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission – specifically, support better information flow and business processes. 
• Part of the Operations Department consists of Compliance, which ensure the business is adhering to governmental regulations and laws, responsible for reviewing documents according to the requirements and procedures;
• Collaborating with colleagues throughout the business to deliver high standard of Client experience;
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services;
• Follow up work and progress, ensuring strategic objectives are achieved;
• Develop policies, programs and objectives for all operations activities for the business;
• Review and updating company’s existing compliance policy to ensure that it is up-to-date and in compliance with current standards of regulatory agencies. 

Job Requirements

• Required language(s): Chinese, English
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance – Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent
