Job Description
- Answer inbound and outbound call(s) from Hong Kong Immigration Department
- Help identify the problems and verify information given according to SOPs
- Transfer call(s) to the correct vendor in charged
- Constantly update information and data
Job Requirements
- SPM Level and above with basic computer knowledge (i.e. Excel and Words)
- Able to work shifts (Average 18 working days/month)
- Able to listen and speak fluently in Cantonese
- Able to work in a team and independently
- Basic English writing skills required
- Able to concentrate and multitask
