Job Description

Job Description: 
  • Overall responsible in handle office administration functions 
  • Efficiently file, organize, and maintain documents and record and perform other clerical tasks 
  • Good command in English & Chinese and familiar in Microsoft Office applications 
  • Excel in preparing reports, letter writing, correspondences via emails, meeting presentations and self-organized in managing administrative records and documents 
  • Executing daily operation and administrative task within the time line 
  • Any other tasks that assigned by immediate superior from time to time 

Job Requirements

Requirements: 
  • Candidate must posses at least SPM-level and above 
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, BM (optional) 
  • Required skill(s): documentation, organize, day to day clerical tasks, time management 
  • Pleasant personality with good communication skills 
  • Possess positive attitude and able to work independently 
  • Multitask, prioritize and able to work with minimum supervision 
  • Capable to work under pressure and tight deadline 
  • High integrity and able to maintain confidentiality at all time 
  • Preferably Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support/PA or equivalent 
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
