Job Description

• Assist in managing company's e-commerce platforms locally and globally; 
• Provide editing and information support for web content; 
• Plan and organize for e-commerce campaign and promotion sessions; 
• Perform photo shooting, editing and touch-up; 
• Managing daily operations of the e-commerce website or marketplaces;
• Ensure all e-commerce platforms are well function which includes updating sales promotions, campaigns, discounts etc. 
• Ensure accurate write-up of product's information including preparing relevant descriptions of the products; 
• Proof read all contents on e-commerce website and marketplaces before posting;
• Countercheck all pricing before posting;
• Monitor the sales performance of e-commerce online stores;
• Monitor the stock movement of all products on e-commerce platforms;
• Arrange for stock replenishment once the stock level is low on any e-commerce online store;
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned and required by the management.

Job Requirements

• At least Diploma in e-Commerce, e-Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Media Journalism, Information Technology, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, Business Administration or any equivalent field;
• Possess working experience in the e-commerce industry of FMCG, F&B products or Fashion products is preferable, but is not a must;
• Proficient in written and spoken bilingual (both English and Malay);
• It would be an added advantage if candidate could communicate and correspond in Mandarin to cater the online customers in China;
• Experienced in basic photography, photo-editing, copy-writing and video-editing;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Highly self-motivated, attention to details, sales-oriented and passionate in e-commerce;
• Able to work under minimum supervision & under pressure;
• Fresh graduates or without working experience are encourage to apply;
• Able to start work immediately is a plus.
