Job Description

• Manage all online sales and marketing activities on e-Commerce marketplaces and social media platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Tianmao, Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Youtube, Wechat, Google etc.;
• To plan, develop and execute all digital marketing and online campaigns; 
• Develop innovative social media and digital marketing plans to drive traffic to our e-Commerce website and online stores to increase sales;
• Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, customer service, new product listing, content maintenance, campaign planning, order & inventory management, product rationalization etc.;
• To create dynamic written, graphic, and video content that portrays the desired message and image that appeals to the end customers and meets set objectives;
• Track and provide the analytics report from time to time for the online traffic and sales revenue, then propose the development plan to increase the sales revenue.
• Responsible on the P&L of all online store performance;
• Monitor the sales performance of e-commerce online stores;
• Conduct monthly sales analysis and generate monthly sales performance report for online sales;
• Monitor the stock movement of all products on e-commerce platforms;
• Arrange for stock replenishment once the stock level is low on any e-commerce online store;
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned and required by the management.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Certificate/Diploma/Degree in E-Commerce, Advertising, Marketing, Mass Communications, Creative / Multimedia Design, IT or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in the online retail or e-commerce industry;
• Must be a very detail-oriented person;
• Good command in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia in both spoken and written for international e-commerce market development;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop will be advantage;
• Additional skills in photography & web designing is a plus;
• Have the skills for the Google Analytic & Graphic Design will be an added advantage;
• Previous working experience in FMCG industry will be an added advantage;
• Must possess the working attitude of 'Don't mind to get my hands dirty';
• Ready to work for extra working hours whenever required;
• Able to work under pressure and minimum supervision;
• Able to start working immediately would be an advantage.
