Responsibilities

  • To perform general office coordination works.
  • Manage all daily administrative tasks in the office.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Filing, invoicing and processing of expense claims and related record-keeping.
  • Other general administrative tasks and ad hoc tasks as requested by the supervisor.
