Job Description

Include working closely with our Operations Team (various other departments involved in executing a project), to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources & timeframes and expected outcome of the project. You will perform various coordinating tasks along with administrative duties, like maintaining project timelines, timely updates to clients, progress reports in given schedules, and handling any other queries internally (ops team) or externally (client). To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
Delegate tasks to internal teams and manage the progress via project management tool
Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Determining project changes, if required
Ensuring clients & other relevant stakeholders are kept informed of progress from time to time

Job Requirements

1. Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa.
2. Excellent communication skills
3. A good team player
4. Degree/Diploma in any field
5. At least 2 years of experiences in related field
